Dashboard concept system
A sequence of member-centered concepts explored status, recommendations, next steps and supporting healthcare detail.
THE BUSINESS PROBLEM
A healthcare dashboard can contain everything and still fail to tell a member what to do.
Benefits, care activity, tasks and recommendations compete for attention. When every item has equal visual weight, members are left to interpret what is urgent, what is informational and what can wait.
The design problem was to create a flexible dashboard that adapted to changing member states while remaining calm, understandable and trustworthy.
MY MANDATE
Own the experience, not just the screens.
I shaped the dashboard through UX strategy, information architecture, interaction design and visual hierarchy. The focus was not simply displaying healthcare data, but helping members interpret it and decide what to do next.

The most useful dashboard is not the one that shows the most information. It is the one that helps a person understand what matters and act with confidence.
